Just like many of our homes, our minds are also cluttered; cluttered with repetitive thoughts of what we should have done in a certain past situation or what we should do in some future time. This ‘monkey mind’ robs us of the joy, stability, peace and possibility of the present moment. Therefore we feel restless and unfulfilled. Developing a spiritual practice can satisfy this restless unfulfillment and bring perspective and ease.
Thomas Merton said, “The spiritual life is first of all a life. It is not merely something to be known and studied, it is to be lived.” Whether it is developing a meditation practice or you are just seeking for that something more, I can serve as a companion along the way.
In your session we will:
- Investigate the something more you are looking for
- Discover resources and tools to adapt to living the spiritual life
- Learn various meditation and relaxation techniques
